Return and Refund Policy

At Lei-Lei Cards, we want every order to arrive safely and as described. Please read our return and refund policy before placing an order.

Change-of-mind returns

For online orders, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, the item must be:

  • Unopened

  • Factory sealed

  • Unused

  • In the same condition it was received

  • In its original packaging

Trading card products

Due to the randomised and collectible nature of trading card products, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns on any opened, unsealed, tampered with, or partially opened products.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Booster packs

  • Booster boxes

  • Elite Trainer Boxes

  • Collection boxes

  • Tins

  • Mystery/randomised products

  • Sealed Pokémon or TCG products

Once a sealed trading card product has been opened, unsealed, or tampered with, it cannot be returned unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, refund, or other suitable resolution.

Return postage

Customers are responsible for return postage costs for change-of-mind returns.

If the return is due to our error, or because the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will advise you on the next steps.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to cancel it before shipping.
