Processing times

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

During busy periods, new product releases, preorder launches or high order volumes, processing times may be slightly longer.

UK shipping

Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout before you complete your order.

We use secure packaging suitable for trading card products. Smaller items such as single cards or packs may be sent in protective mailers, while larger sealed products such as boxes, tins and collections will be packed in suitable parcel packaging.

Free shipping

Free UK shipping may be available on orders over the advertised threshold shown on our website or at checkout.

Delivery times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier or postal service used.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. Tracking information will be provided where applicable.

Incorrect address details

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Lei-Lei Cards is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us with your order number and we will look into it.

Damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and item.

Preorders

If your order includes a preorder item, your order may be dispatched once the preorder stock has arrived and is ready to ship.

If you order in-stock items and preorder items together, they may be shipped together unless otherwise stated.

International shipping

At this time, shipping availability may vary depending on destination. If international shipping is available, the options and costs will be shown at checkout.

Customers outside the UK are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes or duties that may apply.
